Due to our ingredients being all natural/ plant based ( no harsh chemicals or synthetic ingredients are added), our Deep Moisturizing Body Butter may melt/soften in transit to you during warmer months. This will not affect the quality of the product. Please note we have no control of weather/shipment conditions. Body butters are sensitive to extreme temperatures, and are best stored in a cool, dry place. We do not offer exchanges or refunds if the Deep Moisturizing Body Butter melts. If your product is melted, refrigerate for 30 minutes then stir. Although it’s consistency (whipped) will be changed, it will maintain its moisturizing properties and lovely scent.
It is normal to find tiny chunks of the shea butter in our product. Warm it up by rubbing it between your palms.
Each item is handcrafted with love in small batches. While having a shelf life of 3 years when sealed and unopened, and 1.5 years when opened (no water content added).
We encourage those with sensitive skin to make a patch test on their skin to check for a reaction from any new products that are going to be used.
If you are allergic to any of our ingredients, please let us know since we can customize an order using our natural ingredients that fits your needs.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at nummonatural@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, this includes melted body butter, broken caps, as well as broken containers. We accept the return of empty jars once you've finished your container of NUMMO's products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
